Get Started Today!
Find your path toward authentic living.
Are you looking for support in your journey toward living a healthy and authentic life? Are you interested in discovering ways to heal your mind, body, and soul? River Rise would like to walk the journey with you.
Janet Louise Stephenson said, "Authenticity requires vulnerability, transparency, and integrity". I believe that the journey toward an authentic life is a tough but necessary one. You have to be vulnerable enough to let your guard down to heal from past, present, and even sometimes ancestral trauma. It will require you to be transparent with integrity, to look in the mirror and honor what you see and what you don't see, this is true liberation in self-discovery. I have walked this journey, I understand what it looks like, and believe that we all deserve better.

Reviews
“The facilitator created a beautiful, welcoming space. I loved activities and especially the musical chairs art at the end. That was a great way to end”

“The whole day was about slowing down and reconnecting- not just with myself, but with my ancestors. I appreciate having a space to try new practices like Reiki and Akashic records reading. Both felt like doors opening to deeper understanding, and I left with a sense of peace and alignment I didn’t know I was craving”
— J. Mitchell (Rest and Reparations June 2025)
“In 2013, I had a forced abortion. Leilani and I spoke about that experience, and she validated the grief I had been carrying all these years.”
